A night with a golden piano
Last night I had the honor of playing a gold-plated piano, the first time to my recollection. It is over a hundred years old and in great shape! A joy to play for three hours. It resides in the Heurich House, the mansion-turned-museum of a German immigrant who made a fortune selling his item beer in the 1800s. Fascinating story!
