Save It For A Rainy Day

Save It For A Rainy Day was recorded in 2005. Embracing the indie music scene while in college, Jay prepared some existing and new compositions and recorded them at Ironwood Studios in 2005. After navigating through the mixing and mastering processes, he produced the album with CD Baby. Listening back over twelve years to these early recordings of his composition career, perhaps his two favorite tracks are 3. Wise Beyond Years (featuring Felisa Hernandez-Salmeron on viola) and 6. Time Alone (featuring cellist Rajan Krishnaswami). Please enjoy samples of those two below.
