Piano at Gaylord National Resort
I’ve had a great time playing at the Gaylord Resort in National Harbor the past couple of weekends. Many guests coming in and out catch my eye and smile, seeming to appreciate the novelty these days of live music. Many (especially today it seems) take pictures and videos to capture the moment, which perhaps because the presence of someone playing a grand piano evokes has sense of timelessness and old-fashioned hospitality. Seeing myself through their eyes, I feel bit of that too! That’s why it’s so special to be playing here 🙂
