Jazz Jam Session at Mr Henry’s

Improvised licks blasting out of a trumpet greeted us as we shuffled up the stairs to the second floor of Mr Henry’s. Here, every Wednesday night, is a jam session of jazz standards that makes you feel like you’ve walked through an alley in 1950’s Greenwich Village and stepped into a jazz club.

It was a treat to the ears and a pleasure to hop on stage with the house band for a couple of numbers. We’ll be back!
